Rocket Theatre Productions participated in Tech Olympics at SW Legacy! In the morning, students rotated through 8 hands on stations taught by high school technicians and then later competed in events against the other SWISD middle schools. While we did not take home the grand prize, we were recognized as the “Safest Campus” and also received the 1st and 3rd place team spots for Putting Together a Set. In addition, McAuliffe had several individual medal winners: Makayla Hamilton (2nd in Painting), Aaron Garcia Maldonado (3rd in Knot Tying), Jazlyn Romero (2nd in Organizing a Prop Table), and Sophia Johnson (3rd in Sewing a Button). We had a great day learning new skills and techniques!
