Congratulations to Mrs. Veronica Maldonado, 8th grade Science teacher! The Foundation Prize Patrol made their round through the District and stopped by to our campus to surprise Mrs. Maldonado. She applied for a won a $2000 grant from the Southwest Education Foundation. Mrs. Maldonado plans on using the money to purchase Science kits, specifically for Chemistry. We are so happy for her and excited for our students and the opportunities she brings to them.
